Canola Crop Lifters:
Designed specifically for use in canola crops, Flexxifinger™ QD™ Industries Inc. is pleased to announce production of the Flexxifinger™ QD™ Canola Crop Lifter, which boasts a longer (5") and more durable nylon finger that enables users to get a better grasp on the crop itself in lifting it through the combine header. It is important to note however that the Flexxifinger™ QD™ Canola Crop Lifter also utilizes a larger finger receptor than the original Pulse Crop Lifter, rendering the two nylon fingers incompatible. If producers wish to modify their existing Pulse Crop Lifters to fit the Canola Finger, they may purchase a Receptor Conversion Kit (Stock #40115, $19.85) from our main office.
Pulse Crop Lifters:
The
Flexxifinger™ QD™ (Quick-Detach) Pulse Crop Lifter (patents pending)
was originally designed for straight combining in desiccated crops like peas or
lentils, where cutting close to the ground is required. The lifter rail hugs the
guard and the replaceable nylon fingers are held in a completely adjustable
receptor allowing the combine operator to fine tune the location of the forward
lifting point. The finger extends though the finger receptor and provides a tail
that guides the plant material over the knife. The lightning-quick QD™
system also enables a complete set of the lifters to be removed or replaced in
mere minutes, saving you time, and maximizing your productivity.
