You Can Have Steady, Even Flow
of Grain Into Your Combine

POLY TIN REPLACEMENT SHIELD
For Case 1020 Series

With a May-Wes poly replacement sheet, grain enters the combine at an even and steady rate. Bunching does not cut the horsepower or efficiency of the machine. Expansion seams allow poly to always lie flat. The grain flow never goes against the seam. Bolts are recessed into edging, preventing buildup of residue.

OVER 50% LIGHTER THAN METAL SHIELD
to reduce wear on combine. 60% less friction than carbon or stainless steel for smoother flow into combine.

NO ALTERATIONS TO YOUR COMBINE HEADER
Use the existing hold down tabs and bolts used for metal on the underside. Use guard bolts on the front side.

COMPLETELY REPLACE EVEN NEW METAL SHIELD
with Poly Tin Replacement Shield for maximum efficiency of header. Grain flows over a 1/2 " beveled edge on poly compared to a 1-3/4 " straight edge wall of metal on original head set-up. Once the beans are in the header, the 1/4 " edge keeps them from rolling back out.

AUGER LINER FOR COMBINE HEADS

May-Wes poly lines the floor of the auger where grain enters the combine. Used in conjunction with May-Wes Poly Tin Replacement, the grain flows evenly into the combine. Half inch beveled edging of poly lining eliminates high ridge on factory metal which causes grain to bunch up.

DURABLE POLY WON'T RUST. Condensation and wet grain will not corrode poly lining when the metal is covered with poly. Even when metal lining is corroded, the poly lining keeps loose grain from falling through rust holes. Poly lining is much easier to replace than factory metal. Simply bolt and rivet into place.
